Our dedicated team of work tirelessly to find the perfect care worker for you based on your specific care needs. All our care workers and staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance. This way, we ensure that you and your loved ones only receive quality, professional care to the very highest of standards.

We recognise the need to be flexible, so we can accommodate with other different requirements/needs. Our experienced teams are also happy to consider any care related needs you may have, even if we haven’t thought of them ourselves!

COVID – 19 STATEMENTS

ICPS is aware of the recent and ever-changing news about COVID-19 in United Kingdom and worldwide this is a challenging time for all of us, and the wellness of ICPS users and staff is very much top of our priority now. As we all in the process of adjusting to a rapidly changing situation, we would like to share with you on the steps we are taking to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional care for you and your loved ones while at the same time maintaining standards in health and safety.
ICPS will continue to keep up to date with the latest information from public health and government information about the risk of coronavirus in the UK. Our management team will maintain close links with local health protection teams and will be responsible for providing any update by circulating essential information to staff and to service users and their families. Inspire Care Professionals Service will continue to fully comply with any official advice, including Coronavirus (COVID-19): home care guidance, published by Public Health England (PHE).
We ensure that it is our priority to ensure our current all staff have access to the appropriate PPE (personal protection equipment) to enable them to continue providing the very best care. This will include access to masks, aprons, gloves, and eye shields if needed. We will continue to update our policies regarding infection control and communicate the information.

ICPS aim to build fantastic relationships with our service users and their families this helps is to assist, educate and deliver care with empathy.
In addition, ICPS provides information on services provided by Social Services, Health Services and voluntary organisations within the borough that can assist both carers and the cared-for person. We are regulated by CQC, and our staff understand the fundamental Care standards

We work in partnership with other organisations focusing on the needs of the service user. We can sign post the service user to relevant services working on the best interest of the service user.

SAFEGUARDING

ICPS aim to provide services that will be appropriate to the adult at risk and not discriminate because of disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, culture, or lifestyle. We will make every effort to enable Service Users to express their wishes and make their own decisions to the best of their ability, recognising that such self-determination may well involve risk.
We will work with Service Users and others involved in their care, to ensure they receive the support and protection they may require; that they are listened to and treated with respect (including their property, possessions, and personal information) and that they are treated with compassion and dignity.
